It should be interesting to see what effect the new BV verification fee setup will have on the overall BV listing numbers. $5 per year isn't that horrendous of a fee with the mega free relists that BV offers but $5 every six months may flush out a few warehousers out of BV. I realise that 25% to 30% of the BV sellers are unaffected because they pay for a premium month membership but the other 70% to 75% of the sellers that do not have monthly premium accounts will be definited be affected. That a minimum of 83 cents a month to sell on BV now ( $10/12 months ). I hate to say it but it may not be worth even that low cost to many BV sellers.

For sure not worth it to me. That crappy site don't produce enough sales to justify it.
Bidville,
Pull your head out of your rear-end and just come out and call yourself a low end sports card site. Save all of the people dealing with items of value the trouble of wasting our time at your site.

I believe the verification started during January so next January is when some sellers may jump ship.
Hap must have become unverified when stoped his premium memberdhip and three months had gone by per the new rule. In a way it now only punishes the sellers that have stopped their premium memberships but every seller will be bound by the new six month verification rule come next January.
Wasn't there a post here recently about BV raising the membership fees somehow?
