We have been using andale ( used to be honesty.com ) counters at our auctions and have noticed a tragic decrease in the service .
We at one time were pleased with em , however, now they are a doggon nightmare !
They change from hidden to showing by themselves ...
and
The majority of the time now including right now as i speak ( type ) , cannot even access the site where the track counters are .
and
Lots of times when we can access the track counters page , no counters are even there ?
Etc ... Etc ... Etc ...
Emailing tech support has been a joke as they send in reply after 2 days mind you , an auto scripted reply , ( you know the one )where hopefully your question is among the ones to choose from in that list ?

The free counters at ebay are very bad and have been that way since they started using them. I've found that if I hit the refresh button over and over the counters will eventually give me the count.

Have been looking into Andale lately, and seems I read something about the "hidden" counters being "visible" to the seller - do they means it's visible to you if you go the auction page - a cookie on your computer or something?
If that's the case, I guess the only way you'd know is if you use someone else's computer - or maybe clear the cookies, then take a look.

Hidden counters are an option for the seller to choose. The free counters from Andale are very poor in that many times you can only see them unless you refresh the auction over and over. Why Andale would want to put their name all over a very inferior product like those free counters at ebay is way beyond me.
