Could you tell me about all purchases being insured up to $500?

Who underwrites this program?

Also, is there a way to browse all the listings without having to click on each category?

hello toollady,

Our underwriter is loyd's of london. They actually underwrite us for up $250 of fraud and misrepresentation. We actually double this amount by offering our own funds as a way to make our buyers whole. We are very serious about seller abuse and scams. Our allegiance is to all of our user base, not just one-sided the way some sites conduct their business; to their detriment. I'm really glad you asked this question in such a public forum, it gives me a chance to let potential sellers and buyers know something about AuctionCounter's support system for its members. more information about AuctionCounter's Fraud protection program here: http://www.auctioncounter.com/help.html

As for your second question, we are working on a way to display our full inventory on one page. the challenge is to display this dynamically or as a flat file. both come with their own unique challenges now and the future for us. I think we are close to a solution though. i will keep you posted. For now, a buyer will have to use our categories to find what they're looking for or use our search engine. Our search tool searches both the title and the description to match keywords searched. hopefully this helps you.

Customers First. Connect. Have fun!
