Come on mootropolis you can do better then that.
Is kind of funny to see SMITH as that contact name, can you come up with a better name then that, or is it just a common name.

Now what? Release of real names still doesn't please you Reality1? Should they have made up some names? Perhaps use "more interesting names" so you could say those too are fishy?
I am sorry, but what scandal did you find on Mootropolis, and if you found one why aren't you giving out information? The ONLY thing I see you "claiming" is that they are private, didn't pay you off, and once had a powerless underground in which you were a member. So far, there isn't anything worthy of the Mayberry Gazette.
GT was proven to have many scandals of the past. From FTC violations to illegal stock trading, all common knowledge.
Your comparison is an attempt to scandalize your lack of finding anything wrong. If you buy into ANY claims Jamie has made, you need mental help yourself. Owned by the Texas Land Group? What in the HECK is that, why would we care if they were?

"SHEESH! Find a hobby."
You obviously have. How much has the Moo paid you for your cheerleading suit. I would think a high level graphics designer such as yourself? would have more to do, unless of course of monies invested are falling short.

Oh I forgot one thing! You DO love to put words in other peoples mouth, Put-up or shut-up! As in unedited quotes!~!!!!

I mistyped one word and edited it. I figured you would think it was some conspiracy if I typed it wrong, and also figured it was one if I edited. Damned if I do and damned if I don't.
I am not paid a DIME (more or less) by Moo, thank you. I don't visit any boards that much lately because I AM busy with real work. However, you seem to have a lot of time to dream up imaginary scandals.
So what now? Is Patty real last name Hearst, and she is just hiding it? ROFL!

My take on the whole "moo" mystery seems to be the site is owned by 2 or 3 three people who came up with the idea of starting message boards which would give them a nice roster of members, and use those members to kick start their auction site. Since that failed they are now renting stores.

agreed bw. And I see YD on many boards and it's always the same thing, Your Designs plugging the moo and trashing other 3'rd tier sites.
If I had to guess I'd say that Your Designs did most of the design work for the moo and maybe has something to benefit if it some point the moo succeeded.
Why should that be such a horrible secret. It's kinda cool if its true that YD believed in the moo enough to do so and should be beating his chest about it instead of sneaking around on boards plugging the moo while bleating how he has nothing to do with it?
Get used to failure YD. How you live is how you die.

I cant see the "moo" stores competing with yahoo stores, etc. The moo doesnt have enough traffic(example the ebay board). If not for several posters there would be hardly any stores.

Failure? ROFL! Sorry Jamie, your conspiracies don't work on me. Your problem is that you just don't know me and that bugs the crap out of you. I couldn't care less about your thoughts on me. I make plenty of money at what I do.
I am coming for your Jamie (no threat, just a promise). Be prepared, as you are next in line since I am done with GT.
BW:
I don't think so. If we think back, Moo was the message board for AC. Then AW pulled their credit card scheme and through the moderators (just so happens on November 1st). A LOT of AW people went over to Moo as Moo setup a new message board just to accomodate the AW users and a few others. Yahoo boards aren't that friendly so it was the best solution. Moo grew (reality1 was there, he knows this also), and then mooooved to their own servers. It kept growing. AC finally launched and then died. Moo later bought their part out.
Yes, I do believe it is run by several people as another person told me several, including Patty are powersellers over at ebay. It is quite possible they were looking for a third tier site of their own as an alternative to ebay. Though, I think they have found like even Jamsey found that third tier auction sites are DOOMED to fail. However, message boards and other great ideas (like MooStores) are growing and expanding. Well, with the exception of baypie.
There are several third tier sites that have all started before or just about the time AC did, and they too have either gone with the wind or are just sitting in neutral. SYI started just before that and hasn't done much of anything in months. I think it had the best shots of newcomers and it just lost it's momentum.
What Jamsey doesn't have is the information before Moo switched over to the new software this last, what was it september? There was over 40,000 posts on the board before they switched over and they cleaned them all out with the new board. There was a lot of information before that time available, including a lot about Bidbay that I wish would have NOT been lost.

YD all I know is when Dimview was kicked from here he/she went to the moo, and the bidville clan followed. You say the message boards are growing, but where? The ebay board is dead, and the other forums are as well except for davey following dim around. I believe my theory to be correct, and it is a smart business move.
