If Yahoo's new shopping search engine is geared to make Yahoo a lot revenue then how is Froogle going to make enough money with their revenue model ( a few ads on the side of the search results page )? Is that why there are so many delays? There may be a good chance Froogle will never get out of beta.

Remember Yahoo Warehouse?

I do. They cut it off just as it was starting to improve.

Why trust them again?

Why trust Froggle either though? The Froggle model may not create enough revenue and they might scrap it alltogether.

I think 'cause Froggle is free' is what has doomed it from ever seeing non-Beta operation. The folks at Google may have though up a better mousetrap ( money earning-wise ).

Is there a list of Isabel victims? BlairWitch is in Pennslyvania and has been here or the Moo since Isabel.

Hi Ace,

We lost power for one day. The ground was so saturated from previous heavy rain the trees just fell over roots and all. I have been very busy at the store as well. You wont be seeing me at the moo because I deactivated my membership.

Froogle said they would not be out of beta this year, so basically its worthless. I pity the bidville sellers who thought it was their quick fix.

yahoo's search went live on the 23rd. Here is the link:

Glad to see you survived the 'cane. Hope your real life store is getting back in order. I think the Moo will be getting a visit from the generic Grim Ripper as there is nothing there to offer visitors anymore other than the always combative Buffoon de Canada.

Ace, all the repeat topics at the moo have been exhausted. eBay is my and most sellers bread and butter, but there was almost no ebay talk there. Its not really an auction related site anymore, more like a chat board like the bidville boards.

Ebay is almost everybody's bread and butter.

I dislike the new layout of the Moo. It went from too complicated to too simple. Moo once had links to auction-related news stories and it was nice to read some of those on the first stop at the Moo.

With the BV 'rooms' up and bustlin' old Dim may not have any body from BV to spar with anymore. I see he/she is turning his/her attention to BidBay or whatever that loser site is called.

Well they split too many features from one site. For example a person who signs up to use the mootalk boards, also needs to sign up at lets say "mad-cows". Most wont take the time to do that. I must give them credit for trying.

Dim needs to swallow that pride and come back home to vendio.
