There, now my twice ignored question to you Bones ( spoken like Captain KIrk ) is not off topic.
Do you think BV will institute some kind of new fees now that there are a half dozen salaries to pay and investors looking for some return on their investment? I want to know what a typical BVer thinks about the new turn in the fate of BV.

I'd call them the Amish but Bones would accuse me of bashing again.

Dem Bones

Chorus:
I know it brother brother,
Indeed I know it brother, I know it HEY!
Dem bones gonna rise again

Over the years the bashers of vendio have predicted extreme reactions with every change made at Bidville. Has anyone here ever noticed that the bashers are always wrong?

I expect Bidville will work to bring in new buyers before instituting fee's. I expect that most sellers would be happy to pay a final value fee. I expect Bidville to get better just as it has consistently done since it came online. And, I expect the bashers of vendio to maintain the same low level of rudeness and inaccuracy that they always have in the past Some things never do change.

At least you're starting to answer the 'question'. I believe it is still the old 'which came first the chicken or the egg?' scenario with the advertising and then the fee raising. In the past BV told the sellers that there was some advertising going on but never showed where and when and I suspect they will be told the same thing again and not be shown where and when because of propietary concerns that the competition will know their advertising tactics.
What happens then? BV tells the sellers that a full scale advertising campaign is underway but can not devulge the specifics but instead to trust them on it. Of course the mystery campaign costs money and fees need to be raised. The timng with the Christmas selling period is perfect as sales always rise at Christmastime and those sales can be at least partially attributed to the new phantom advertising campaign.

The $64,000 question is not new fees but how much or how high the FVF or minimum FVF.

What mystery advertising campaign? You want to have a discussion about your total fabrications on the subject of Bidville? No thanks, I'm not interested in wasting my time. If you can't maintain a state of reality through one conversation you won't be talking to me.

We will see soon enough. If the new management were smart they start a decent FVF policy around mid-November to catch the Christmas buys.

BV did boast of advertising in the past but would not divulge the expenditures. That is realiity Bones. The new management may be even sneakier than the last management.

Yeh, only morons like auctiondunce that don't have anything of value to sell like sports cards and spend 24/7 in front of their computer writing in these stupid chat rooms about everything that he doesn't have a clue about.

I see the BV advertising has started as promised. Actually it's a continuation of the old BV advertising campaign, a banner ad at Mootropolis.com. That ought draw in thousands of new bidderz. The irony is that Mootropolis seems to allow the bashing of BV and BV should be the last auction site to chose to advertise there. A bad advertising decision by both the old and new BV management teams?

I have a strong feeling the BV sellers are going to be told that advertising is going on and the Moo ad is just one example. That fullfills that promise. If anyone presses the issue they will be told that that info can not be given out as competitors may use the posted areas as well. The easiest wool to pull over sheep eyes.

The funny thing is that there are stupid people like auctiondunce still willing to put things on at bidville. But then again, that is the place he belongs with all of his refuse.
