Why on earth would any one in their right mind waste there time at that lousy site. Nothing but crappy sports cards and rude members.

Hey....I know nothing about them...someone sent me their link and I registered...I am not a lowlife nor am I a rude seller...I have been a seller on the big site for years and do very well...I had never been to the community boards here and I noticed that you could list other sites so I did...most sellers are looking for other venues and that is the only reason I listed their name...

BidVille,I started selling on Bidville because they are not as strick as ebay ,ebay is always removing your listings while everyone else is still selling the same thing you were selling and only you were removed and they were not .I find them to be very unfair and with all the money ebay has you mean to tell me they cannot aford to have a telephone.I have been selling on ebay for 4 years and I have had made ok money but with Bidville I donot have to pay thet high monthly rent of $49.95 a month and there listing fees are over board another great way to sell for free is i.offer you pay NOTHING NO HIDDEN FEES they charge you 5 cent if you want to add a Photo to your listing,I can live with that and more people should give them a chance maybe ebay would not be so strick Peace PrimLady

i have been with bidville since the doc owned it.....but eventually closed all my items.....new set up more expensive to do and sales are not good........personalities on boards different to say the least....you have to sidestep that portion of the site carefully ----i don't mean the monitors....i mean the posters....

I spoke too soon about Bidville....you are right...it is the pits of all pits of auction venues...you can't even call it a glorified garage sale...people list JUNK and I mean JUNK....almost all listings are for a nickle or dime....they can list for free so they put any and everything on. Lots of sellers (leaving in groves) and NO buyers and NO traffic.

HI ALL I THINK WITH BIDVILLE IT REALLY DEPENDS ON WHAT YOU ARE SELLING OR LOOKING FOR AT TIMES THEY HAVE ALOT OF JUNK AND SOMETIMES ALOT OF REALLY NICE ITEMS I HAVE BEEN SELLING THERE SINCE AUUG 1 04 AND I DO OK, WELL I SELL HAND BAGS MY STORE THERE ID DESIGNER OBSESSIONS STORE YES I DID SAY STORE I KNOW WERE A LITTLE BEHIND IN THAT AREA BUT BIDVILLE HAS ONLY BEEN AROUND SINCE 1999 AND THEY ARE NOW IN BETA STORE TESTING AFEW OF US WERE PICKED TO DO THE JOB THEY ARE VERY NICE EBAY IS WONDERFUL BUT THERE FEES ARE JUST TO HIGH ITS SEEMS YOU CANNOT GET A HEAD THERE ONE THING THAT REALLY PISSES ME OFF ABOUT EBAY IS THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE LINE I FEEL WITH ALL THE MONEY THEY MAKE A DAY THERE YOU MEAN THEY CAANOT AFORD A PHONE ""CRAZY"" THATS IS MY TWO COMPLAINTS ABOUT FEE BAY THANKS !

The stores there is just another bone they are throwing the sellers like the FallSale, which is a big flop. When you can't advertise how are you going to get any traffic. The sellers are having to do the advertising, they are spending more money than they are making by sending out cards, bumper stickers made and all that crap. The nickle and dime sellers will fight to the end to keep BV alive for they have no place else to go. The sellers buy from each other so they can say they have sales. A sale, a bid or even lookers are so rare there that when a seller gets one of the three they go to the boards to announce it. NPB is the norm there not the exception. They have turned it into a chat room where they discuss their froggie had 8 babies etc. One seller said she had been there 8 months and had sold $11.02. woopeee!!!

yeah...I did....I went there so excited and lawdy what a mess....I had to finally get my stuff out of there for they were collecting dust and spider webs....out of over a 100 listings I may have sold 10....like I said if you want to dump your junk and sell it for a dime it is the place to go and then wait and wait and wait and maybe you will sell something. If you make a suggestion that would help everyone then the ten cent cheerleaders will jump all over you for you might improve the site and then they would have no place to go.
