Hello everyone! (grumble) I really LIKE epier but I do NOT like their lack of support and non response to emails sent to them (extra grumble) Does anyone know if they are having problems with their chat board? and I need some help with a "How to" question!
1. when I click on original live chat room and try to ask a question, list the question and click on send, I get error, "Your username/password combination was not found in our database." when i go back and click on sign in, I dont go to sign in page, it takes me to my auctions!! HELLO! Do you all see a problem here?
You try to list a request for help and there is a little message their that says (currently backlogged)
2. Now the reason for all of this was just to ask HOW to close early an auction that their system listed for 14 days out! I want to change it to only 7 days out. In the mean time if anyone knows how to accomplish this feat! Please let me know!!!
Home page in big letters says" NO BIG BROTHER" Heck, there isnt even a little brother to help you here!

ok, I just tried to send an email to them with my concerns. I sent it to their support, suggestions, management and webmaster email addresses. Looks like a few addresses listed for these people are blocked
or they dont like my emails. Honestly, I think I have sent a total of 4 emails to these people! Anyone know what's going on???? See below for the responses I have gotton. I have deleted their email addresses in this post
