ePier just went up a couple notches in my book.

Categories are now paged, much easier to browse.

I love Epier, Dont get me wrong but there are two things that are really bothering me about that site and checking their message board on their site, it looks like I am not the only one who is complaining about it.

First of all there has been a problem all day with uploading images to their website.

Second and most importantly is that when an email is sent in regards to a specific problem or in general, it is rarely ever answered. When they do reply and you respond, there is never any follow up. They have a message board on their site specifically for tech support. While I scanned their tech board briefly today for answers to my concerns, none of them seemed to be answered by Epier staff! Also there is a place to email their tech support team. Right under the icon to send them an email, in small letters it says , "Currently Overloaded"

In summary I have stated these things in my other posts but The two free sites that I like the most are Bidville and Epier. Right now I am focusing most of my energy on Bidville due to these above concerns. I cant wait until epier gets it together so I can use them for more of my auctions.

edited for typos

paloma91,

Image hosting. Yuk! I refuse to use image hosting, whether on the auction site or any of the offsites. Seems that every time I'm browsing and click on a specific listing and it gets bogged down, its due to the image server. That's why I decided to keep all images on my own website.

e-mail. I've also sent a couple e-mail messages to ePier with no reply. Improvement in this area would be most welcome.

My own listings are far-flung. BidBay, Bidville, ePier, Lycos and Pootah. Just signed up for SnapRat the other day but haven't listed anything yet.

Hi Dimview, Thanks again for keeping ontop of things with the Yahoo numbers. Very much appreciated. Well, I was depending on Epier's image hosting since I dont have a website to be able to use. What is a really great feature of Epier is that you can host your images there and list them on their site as well as any other site that you want to use it on. Kind of Neat! they have a great set up if they would only do whatever they need to do in order to provide their sellers with the service that they need. IF they did that, they would surpass Bidville and others by miles! (Just my opinion here)
