I have an auction on Epier that I made a mistake on. PLEASE!!! Can anyone help me! How do I close an auction with no winning bidders on Epier! I have emailed Epier on this subject as well as other subjects and they never respond. Thanks for you help!

I have even tried to edit it and cannot do that! After I edit it and click on submit, it takes me back to the edit area. Please dont ask me to list in their forum. It doesnt work for me either. I have emailed them so many times!!! SO SO Frustrating!!! These area the reasons I have most of my things listed on Bidville. SO SO SO Darn frustrating

Never mind everyone. thanks anyway. I fixed it. Looks like epier is still having glitches. After editing the auction, it took me back to the editing page and actually listed the item again with my corrections. You know, I could handle all of these glitches with epier while it goes through it's growing pains but no response to emails and still having other problems that they have never addressed by not replying to my emails is almost the last straw!

I think if you go to the site map there is also a place for sellers to end the auction early? Please be patient, as they are working on bringing the site up to date. They only have 8 people working on their site for now, and with the recent influx of users, they are back loggged. I hope you got your problems fixed.

The best way to make sure it goes directly to the correct department is to click on the envelope at the bottom of the Home Page and select the department that best fits the question. I have got replies to most of my messages within a hour, except on weekends and holidays.

As for ending auctions early - All you need to do is click on (seller) at the top of the page and then go down and click on (End Auction Early) then select auction to end. Go down to the bottom and click on (End Auction).
