I have attempted to remain impartial about this situation until today when I find out that the ISP from the threat I got came from the same state as bidbay land. I am not permitted to say any more than that.
I would like to point out that Bidbay CEO is shutting down the forums at auction diner tommorow. Maybe that is good news for AW, maybe not. From what I could tell pre bidbay, the two sites both served a solid purpose without stepping on each others toes much. Same old story. Enough people there complained about having ID's stolen etc. So the CEO responds with threats, insults and announced tonight he is closing the forums down. Little boys should not play with big toys George. And whichever of your people sent me that note will be dealt with.

Hi all,
At this time I can't say any more than that. I don't know if it was just me and truly I didnt think anything that bad had happened. I only posted this because if anyone else did or does get something in the future, PLEASE turn it in to the authorities.
As to the auctiondiner thing, it makes me SICK.

The "old" AuctionDiner users are pretty much in revolt against the new owners.
GeorgeT/Bidbayceo didn't exactly enamor himself to them - right from the start he used Gestapo tactics, threats and childish tantrums to bully the longtime users. I read through the entire AD board this morning and was thoroughly disgusted.
From what I understand he's shutting the AD site down today for revamping, including a "new registration process", whatever that means.
