Go into Bidbay and click on something....say antiques.......it will say they have 100 or so listed but when you get in there, the ONLY ITEM listed is a bidbay store.!!!!!.....numerous categories are like this..Is this legal......??????? It sure is misleading and confusing??????????

jtw74~~ Since it is the CEO placing the items, I guess he can pretty much do whatever he wants.
I had sent an email quite a while ago inquiring about the numbers on the front of their home page and was told "every site" has their stats like that. Meaning, if you list a dutch auction and there is 100 items in the dutch auction, all 100 are included in the stats.
I know this is not the case, but what was the point of arguing with them?
For entertainment, read the contest threads. That should really open your eyes to what is going on over there.
Or, read some of the threads over here in the basement.

jtw74~~~ The "Other Online Auctions" forum has been affectionately name the "The Basement".
This is where all the auction sites, AW deems misfits, end up.

The threads over there a complete joke and I have recently left the site. If the topic of conversation wasn't religious, it was about online hugging someone, or about fake listings. I mean, c'mon ..... What happened to talk about auctions?????
Also it was stated that they are talking to a NAZDAQ company. What company is going to talk to a company that can't spell NASDAQ?

I'd rather be assocaited with closet lovers rather than closet trollers anyday. I read the title to this post and find not only is there confusion as to something you actually believe has some sort of legal ramification but also some confusion as to your ability to stir up trouble. Isn't this boring for you? The best place to post to solve problems on BidBay would be on the BidBay boards. You are not accomplishing anything by trolling the basement here. Transparency is not your best look...~~

I am still waiting patiently for your reply. Why don't you come on the boards over at BB and express yourself. As denephew has said, that would be the place to solve a BB problem! Since you are having these 'wonders' about the 'closet lovers', maybe one of us 'closet lovers' could address your issues concerning them. Is it something you would be interested in yourself? Perhaps that is it! If so, what is keeping you from it? Why does it bother you that Coolvette and Barbiesadoll have a relationship? Are you interested in one or the other?
If you could just answer the question, and do it on BB, under your real nickname instead of a troll one. Maybe then you wouldn't have to 'wonder about the closet lovers.' For like I said, wonder NO more...I have made myself available to answer your questions one on one. Go for it....or do you really WONDER??

Vette~~Just switched to this id a few weeks back to protect it from trollers as you suggested on a thread elsewhere. Kinda glad I did. I also don't like this troller impersonating another person who is totally unaware. But they are so inept at this they have fooled no one but theirselves. I personally find the closet activity much more interesting than the troll. George has responded to this matter, troll, so keep your eyes on the board for a resolution.

I'm glad to hear you took my advice. Here we have a typical example of what trolls do. Could this thread have any negative influence on the sales of the Bidbay member who at this time is unaware of whats happening?
Hopefully not because we have exposed the trolling. One thing that trolls always do and that is hang themself.
This one did that with a noose of 13 wraps.

I haven't a clue what any of you are talking about. My name is Julianna Westheimer and I am NOT a member of Bidbay!!!! I have done some looking over there and I have read some things about the chat boards on this site and others....I do look at the chat boards on bidbay on occasion and I find them frankly, well, entertaining to say the least.....I have posted many times on AW about various subjects so I believe the comments made by you three to be defensive to say the least....I don't know, nor do I care what you do and where......if you don't want your life talked about, then might I suggest you don't post it on public boards.
