Your prior post was locked (not deleted) because you started a new thread and "promoted". However, it is not against the TOS to respond to a direct question about your organization.
So, here is your opportunity to respond to questions. I started the thread .
I wonder what BidBay is doing to improve their image. Anyone know?
I wonder what BidBay is doing about its obviously exaggerated auction counts. Anyone know?
I wonder what BidBay is doing to prove it is a legitimate auction site, not a gameshow site. Anyone know?
I wonder what BidBay is doing to promote use of real money, not BB Bucks. Anyone know?

Gee, now that thread has been deleted. Oh well, here is my question again:
Okay, I will take the bait....
Many are stating untruthful comments about bidbay fees, item count, site prformance, and many attacks on my integrity and my employees.
In regards to the fees, it seems like your own people are talking about them. Many are upset because they are being charged when they are not supposed to be.
Just how do you figure the item count (listings), do you include dutch auctions in the count?
Site performance, again this seems to be your own people who have been unhappy with numerous changes (eg. catagories changes) and many other changes. AND where are the bidders?
If you are proud of your site, change it so it doesn't look like a dollar store. 1. GET RID OF THE CONTESTS (sleazy). 2. Make your counts true. 3. Stop the gestopo tactics by yourself and employees (eg. the right to speaks one's opinion). 4. GET RID OF THE BB BUCKS (this is the worst part about your site.
These are just some of my opinions and they come to you, for free, not $5,000. LOL

Why would ANYONE post here to be attacked?
I think he had every right to post here and defend himself and in NO WAY did he promote BidBay by posting.I have read other post on this same board from affiliates of other online auction sites and they aren't deleted or locked. Why BidBay?Your not the only one that wants answers,I'd like a few from AW.
1.Why is it that every post concerning BidBay has to be against them or it gets locked(or deleted)?
2.Why is it that all memebers that post something positive about Bidbay end up getting suspended?
3.If this board is for discussion of other online auctions, why is Bidbay CEO not allowed to post, but other affiliates of "other" online auction sites can?
4.If Ebay CEO posted on the Ebay board to defend the site after being bashed would the thread be locked for promoting Ebay?
5.Why is it that after all this time AW started charging fees?Things that make you go HMMMMMM????????

I hope GT has not been suspended again. It is simply absurd that the CEO of a company should be suspended for 'promoting' his company when anyone in that position would naturally be saying positive things to offset the criticism, however richly deserved it might be.
Can you imagine Lee Iacocca coming in here and *not* saying a few lovely things about his cars and margerine? Lets be fair about this. I think some of this might be due to the clash of personalities between GT and the CEO here, who got especially upset over the template debacle.
However if future behavior can be predicated on past actions, any direct questioning about company policy would be met with evasive generalities. Apparently GT has learned his oratory skills from that battle hardened and veteran congressman partner of his, Wes Cooley. However brilliant such military genius and tactical planning might be, this is clearly the wrong war.
I have an idea as well as a proposal. How about AW making an offer to buy BidBay? With all their current negative worth it should be real cheap, perhaps payable in BidBay Bucks. Put some people with some computer savvy in charge and rename it PHOENIX auction. Since it will have risen from its ashes within a short period of time.
BBCEO, if you are able to respond, please let me say that you have a well set up auction site, as far as basic software issues, but there are many of us who are dissatisfied with its implementation and feel it can be improved with a change in management. Are you willing to sell? Can you name a price at which you would be willing to start negotiations? No stock options, please.

This thread will be locked since BBCEO is a suspended member and cannot participate. Anyone who wishes to question BBCEO any further, please go to the BidBay message boards so you can interact with BidBay staff and get your questions answered.
