Here's the deal:
When it comes to written comments that defame a site or person AND the comments are allowed to stay on a message board even if the person/company they are directed at cannot respond to them. Who should be held libel? The company that allows the post to remain or the person that posted the comments? I'm not directing this at any person or site specifically.....just trying to get an honest opinion from the AW members.

Since Rtalon is taking credit for your decision based on this thread, how about you either lock it up or better yet just delete it.

Please note that this thread has nothing to do with our decision to end BidBay discussions.
The decision is based on the fact that the topic of BidBay is increasingly disruptive to the forum, and it appears to be a topic that cannot be discussed in a civil manner without insulting and personal comments.
