You're apparently one of those who didn't see the "announcement" of the past week.

I offered related feedback in the AuctionWatch Feedback forum that may be of interest.

Why?

Why is the sky blue?

Why do dogs and cats fight?

AW locks threads that are disruptive or argumentive, or that may be disruptive or argumentive, or that are against their Community Guidelines, or that they don't approve of at all.

Your thread was locked and there was a reason given when it was. If you click on it, you'll see the reason.

If you disagree with it, you can write to [email protected] and state your reasons why you disagree. They may or may not reopen it. They did say you could start another thread comparing epier and bidville only. However, there's already a thread started that compares the sell-through stats.

Good luck.

From the Community Guidelines:

8.4. Locked Threads. We may end a discussion, lock a thread, or remove a thread if, in our discretion, we believe (i) the discussion has become unproductive or combative, (ii) the topic to be unnecessarily dominating the Message Center, (iii) the discussion to be harmful to the AuctionWatch Community (this includes opinion polls), or to the business of AuctionWatch, (iv) such action is otherwise appropriate. We may close a thread at the request of the originator, though we may keep the thread open at our discretion.

Since the CGs also require discussion of moderation issues to be discussed via email, I am locking this thread. If you have any other questions, please email [email protected] .
