In SFM003, LowestBids.com(TM), the Nations #2 Auction Site Behind eBay(TM),Announces the Launch of .1web(TM) (dot one web) the Worlds First OperatingSystem for the Internet and WebWide I.S.P.com(TM), an Unlimited Free I.S.P.,moved earlier today, the first line, eleventh graph, should read "LowestBids.comalso offers universal login," rather than "LowestBid.com also offers universallogin," and the source of this release is LowestBids.com, not LowestBid.com, asincorrectly transmitted by PR Newswire.URL: http://www.lowestbids.comhttp://www.prnewswire.com

I went back to lowestbids.com and did see a lot of new traffic! WOW! sleepers! Now if they are #2 to ebay, what does this mean? and if they are #2 to ebay what doesn't AW hook up and list the auctions on the search engine, and, why don't AW have them in them hooked through the auction manager pro?

Sara...

Please point me to the CGs that state that we are no longer permitted to discuss COMPANIES/AUCTION SITES and/or PUBLIC FIQUERES/CEOs of same.

Is it now against rules to discuss Meg and Pierre as well? When did this new rule take effect?

Please answer me before "jeopardising" my membership.

Also, I do not beleive that I am under ANY formal OR informal warnings right now, so please inform me how my privlidges are in jeopardy?

Thank you...

Thank you Pat...

I just "assumed" that if a moderator makes an improper call, that the party should be exonerated publicly, as that is how the false/improper moderations take place... sorry.

I will take it to email now as you suggest.

Well, I guess I'll have to settle for #3 or #4 if this is actually true as I have quit listing at LowestBids. It really annoyed me that they kept stripping all of my capital letters out of my description (which was not in all caps or anything, just proper grammar). Then after relisting several times, I finally got 4 bids in 3 days so I started thinking there was hope for the site. I got really excited when 3 of them actually paid promptly...the 4th turned out to be a deadbeat. But then, of the 3 that paid, 1 asked for a refund after he opened and used the item...a case of buyers remorse. The other 2 that paid....well, both checks promptly bounced. Maybe it was just my luck, but after 4 transactions gone bad in a row, think I'll look for somewhere else to list.

What typo?

pocono,

Moderation issues are supposed to be handled by way of e-mail and away from the public eye these days.

You might want to leave some feedback in the AuctionWatch Feedback forum, which these days has quite a few posts in it, among these this funny one:

http://www.auctionwatch.com/mesg/read.html?num=50&thread=199

See, Customer Care isn't around to answer the questions of AuctionWatch's $$$$$-paying customers, but clearly has Moderator's on duty for its free forums.
