when someone puts an item in AW seaarch engine, do items listed on bargainhassle site come up? Thanks

AW only searches ebay, yahoo and amazon for listings.

You will not see any of the other auction sites' listings in search.

If I am not mistaken, AW charges the smaller sites to be included in their search.

There was a big ruckus here about it quite awhile ago.

So I've been misled by AuctionWatch. I thought that Universal Search meant UNIVERSAL!

Oh well.

At least I now know why trying to find items with their piddly little search engine returns so few results.

There was a whole big to do when Gold's was up and running.

I tried looking for the threads, but they must be over a year old, or they were deleted since they were locked.

I stopped using Auction Watch's search since they don't search other sites like ehammer or old and sold. Since I buy antiques I don't need AW to search ebay I cna do it myself. AW is missing the boat. Sites like AW only become facilitators for ebay,amazon and yahoo.......there is much more tp onlie auction that these 3.

So which sites offer a better Search engine?? Or do you use software? I'd love a search engine that search's all of the auction sites as there are quite a few now??
