I'm not sure I understand the question. Do you have a PayPal account? If you have a PayPal account and someone is saying the payment is 'unclaimed' it means they've sent it to the wrong email address. Contact the buyer and tell them to cancel the canceled payment and try again using the correct email address.

I SENT THEM A WBN WITH AUCTION MANAGER PRO, THEY INTURNED SELECTED TO PAY USING PAYPAL, (I AM REGISTERED), I RECEIVED THEIR RESPONSE BACK THRU AUCTION MANAGER BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PAYMENTS CREDITED TO PAYPAL, THEY SAY THAT IT IS SHOWING "UNCLAIMED" FROM PAYPAL. MY CONCERN IS CAN THEY MAIL A PAYMENT TO THE WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS WHEN USING THE WBN FORM FROM AUCTIONWATCH.

I'm not familiar with WBNs via Auction Manager Pro. It would seem that the email isn't an exact match, a period on the end or something like that. If the 'you've got cash' email reaches you but the funds are remaining unclaimed it tells me you've got a slight problem with the email address. Either a coma, a period, or something that isn't matching your PayPal account exact. This would cause what you're experiencing to happen.
Maybe someone with experience with Auction Manger Pro will be able to give you better input.
Have them check the email address for a typo, as uaru mentioned. It would also stay unclaimed if it was sent to an email address not registered (corrected by adding the email address under the profile). Another item could be the domain name (.com versus .net or vice versa).
Did you see my recommendation on another thread that Paypal ask the user to verify the sender's email address when payment is sent to an unregistered email address. It seems that this would save a lot of confusion.
For instance: If I send money to a user and PayPal doesn't recognize the address as being registered, PayPal could then pop up a message box stating that the email address isn't registered and suggest that the payer verify that they are sending to the correct address. That way the issue could be handled immediately without the recipient having to email back and say "Hey, I never received the payment!"
Of course, if the recipient hasn't registered with PayPal yet, he can just tell the sender that and sign up to claim the money. Just a suggestion.
