Today and tonight I've tried to access my PayPal account, the "cannot find server message comes up I refresh many times no luck. This happened once before then 4-5 days later apparently fixed itself. Now it's happening again. Any reasons? I'm both a buyer and seller on Ebay and customers have been able to send me money. thanks

I contacted customer support they told me to use IE 5, because of problems with IE 5.5. I sent back that IE 5 is not available for download any longer. I have accessed my account using this browser for weeks. THanks for any help. I'm going on almost a week not using my account.
