I am verified on paypal. You said that you would honor delivery confirmation on a package that was sent. My question is...I have alot of items that I sell that postage is only at the most .77 cents. You can not add DC to that...you have to send it priority mail. If the item that I sell is over $50 then I insure, other than that I don't. My postoffice has just got new computers. On the receipt it has the town, state and zip code...if it went first class or priority and of course the date. Would that be good enough? I can not see charging $3.55 for priority and DC for something that can be mailed for .77 cents.
The receipt is not trackable on-line and would not assist in the dispute (doesn't show name and address). As a reminder, these are only needed in the event of a dispute and I would generalize (based on feedbac) that there is usually not an issue with non-receipt of merchandise.
