Kinda makes on wonder how many similar scams are circulating on the web. And how much money PayPal is losing in bogus referral fees. The web has brought these old schemes to a new level. Now, instead of months, the perpetrators can make their money in days and be gone with it before the victim (PayPal) finds out. Really sad.

That is actually one of my other functions. I look for these items within NG's and report pyramid schemes and the like to escalations to be restricted.
