I have tried to enter a new mastercard to my account in addition to an existing visa card. I keep getting an error that my address does not match the cards billing address, BUT it does. I only have one address. The only difference is that one is in all CAPITAL LETTERS and there is a . after an E (for East). I changed the address at the bottom of the form to match the banks exactly, but still no go.
This is a new account but I activated it by phone on Sat, 9/16/00 & then went to their web site & verified my info & set-up only access. I can log in & check the account online.
I have attempted to add the card at Paypal several times but to no avail. I DID notice that my available balance at the bank site has decreased by $8.00, although now charges have been made.
Any ideas? I had an item I wanted to bid on tonight when it closes but am afraid to bid if the card won't activate.
