I haven't been able to get in all day. Do you suppose they cleaned out everyones accounts and shipped town?

I just logged in to PayPal without a problem...guess it was just your money they skipped town with (my $20 wouldn't have gotten them very far).

Well it seems that Paypal has decided what to do about forcing some of us into business accounts!!!

They are not allowing withdrawals!!

I have $160 in my Paypal account from numerous auctions, sign-up bonuses, and one large overseas transaction. Well, today Paypal reversed all my withdrawals starting back over 5 days ago!

They are holding my monies hostage!

They quote that my bank account number is not valid. Real Cute! Since it has been verified and in use for over the last 6 months! Never has been a problem receiving my money, Now all of a sudden it is incorrect???

Very Interesting!

I have heard that this seems to be a increasing "problem". It seems that a few other people are also All Of A Sudden have been using an incorrect number. Gee, its the very same number on my checks... go figure!

I guess all of our banks just all of a sudden decided to up and change all of our routing numbers and bank account numbers! My checks do not seem to be having any problems!

Isn't this fraud??? I do believe it is the classic case of tampering with personal funds. Since, the funds are crossing state lines...it is indeed a federal offense!

Oh did I forget to mention? There were only 5 transactions. 2 were Paypal referal bonuses, one was a prior (a few weeks ago) balance that was left in the account, and two were auction payments. One of these auctions closed two weeks prior, and the other paid me a week ago. Not what I would call excessive transactions to indicate the need for a business account

I just asked to withdraw half of the paltry amount I still have with PayPal with no problem at all. Of course, it could be that said paltry amount causes them no trouble to refund, or perhaps it is because I asked for a check & not a deposit into my bank account (something I have avoided all along with PayPal). Still, I would check with them to see if there is a glitch with your account. Or you might try again--perhaps you asked for your withdrawal during today's "upgrade" and their computer just couldn't handle two things at once...
