Hi!
I have a couple of questions about the auto auction payment request service for the premier account. It says that it will fill in the winning bid for me. But I like to send my customers the complete total includding shipping cost. Will it give me a quick way to edit it to show the total I want to send. Also will there be a place for me to put in a pasted form letter with all my personal info, like address? I sure would like to see how the thing works and looks before signing up and paying the fees. Because if it doesn't work for me it would be a pain to cancel the service. Is the service currently up and running? Would I be able to go back to being a regular paypal customer if I don't like the business serivices? Or would I just be stuck?
Thanks for your time!!

Hi gooch,
Sorry for the delay in responding.
I am getting all the answers on the Instant Purchase product as we speak.I want to make sure the specs meet your specific requirements before fully answering.
Accounts can be upgraded and downgraded once. You would not be stuck with the service if you decided to upgrade and then downgrade.

Here's a strong suggestion that the upgrade/downgrade limit be removed.
I can think of lots of legitimate reasons to upgrade and downgrade several times in a lifetime. Lets face it - you are basically telling the customer to take a hike if their needs change more than once - or like this person - tried some new service and didn't like it.
Your one time limit implies that only dishonest people want to change their account and that you will suffer one 'mistake', but they better not try it again.

Hi gooch,
The seller puts in the shipping price when they create the instant purchase button at our web site. So, when the buyer clicks on the button and makes the payment, it will be for the shipping price + the winning bid. There is no place for the seller to put a message though.
