I'm Ebay user from 1998, and as you can see I do not do mach business on Ebay, because I'm not here
to make money. I'm 50 years old and have two grand sons, and if I buy or sell
something on Ebay it most a trade from
my old video and photo equipment to new cameras or updating to my computer, which I use to take a
video of
photos of my family and grand sons. I never was interesting in any promotional money PayPal offer, and
I'm absolutely don't care about five box PayPal offer for a new "victim". Lets make this absolutely clear:
its only $83.20 of my money was frozen by PayPal, some of you why already got cot in this scam
loosing now more ,
maybe mach more money then my lost. But I'm
here not because of the money, I'm here because my constitutional rights was violated. PayPal acting
like inquisition without given you any explanations. They never send any email to
inform that your account is frozen, they not reply on your e-mails ones you are become a victim.
They don't need a judge or court order to arrest your money. They will not present any document or
proof of
anything they will accuse you.
They strip you of all rights. They judge you without given you right to defense yourself. They let some
punk, like John Kothanek, who pretend to be a new Sherlok Holms tell you nonsense like: " you login to
your PayPal
account using deferent severs around the world... " and you know that you are never leave your room
in your
home. First its sound crazy, than you ask him to send you a hard copy of his findings and you have a
right to
receive those proofs. And this will be denied. I'm still never received anything from PayPal, even the
last time John told me that Investigation is over and my money confiscated. I do not have official
document on his decision and will never be able to see one.

Who is this John Kothanek? Who gives him a power to override the Constitution, override the Law of his
own
State of California and my State of New York and any other State?

So all I'm doing here its try to help you people to escape from this Scam.
There is more victims up there and more to come. BEWARE! You are next.

If you wanted you could probably get an attorney and take them to small claims court.

Take them to Small Claim Court ??!!!I think we should take them to the Media. All USA should know what is
going on and ask them some very serious questions about United States Constitution and how they manage to
ignore that. Arrest or confiscate people money or assets without judge or court order, using position in business
they are in - its a CRIME!!! If some one don't see that way, than he is blind.
We shouldn't cry about, We should scrim about today!!! Tomorrow will be to late!

That's a very good idea to public it to media. PayPal will learn something from its bad custom services.

Hi Doctorbeetle,

To clarify, the only account that we would restrict is a PayPal account. PayPal accounts can be
restricted for:

1. Fraudulent use
2. Receipt of fraudulent funds
3. Spamming

My account restricted from august and i have none of the above. PayPal never sent any documents or e-mail to
me with anything. If I didn't find out myself, I wouldn't know. They don't notify or answer your questions.
Leo.

PayPal has lot of new features for a past few months. All of them just about the same: How to hold people
money or remove they money from accounts, restrict accounts here and there. There one feature they never
implemented - its customer service, which will reply and explain they customers regarding the problems
whatever the reason and what could be done to fix it. There is no explanation, why all of this they keep as big
secret, make people frustrated. You cannot find PayPalDamon on the PayPal site or respond from him, when
people send they request to [email protected] Its absolute silence there. Nobody ever get respond on the
problem from [email protected]. So why Instead to put a Message: If your account has been restricted or
you have any other problems,
Check other Web sites and if you find someone
by the name PayPalDamon, take the number and
pray. He may reply one day on your problem.

That's why I always say: All this PayPal
activity lately looks like a Big Internet Fraud. They just start check how it works, how people will react, when
they grab they money.
So one day when we wake up, it will be to late. PayPal.com like another COMs will disappear with your
money. No Federal regulations - they will do what they want.

PLEASE HELP ME!
I am outraged what PayPal did to me!!!!

I am even thinking of starting an Anti-PayPal web site, since this really is unbelieveable!

they:
-restricted my account without any specified reason
-did not notify me about it
-let people still send money to the account after the restriction, but dont let me withdraw the money

-they now say that they WON'T EVEN TALK TO ME until I supply them with my
-utility bills
-drivers licence
-address
-bank account number
-other personal information

Now do they have the right to REQUIRE this info? Can you imagine the wast possiblities for abuse of this information?? I can!!

If anybody has any experience with "PayPal Account REstricted", please kindly EMAIL me: prints at atlas.cz . Thanks a LOT! PLease email me even if you post message here.
I also appreciate any tips, ideas, recommendations.
I really need to get my money back from them. And this experience might help others, too.

When they requested all the info, I felt like I was interrogated by the FBI! I don't think private company can do these things.
But what should I do? Thanks!

No one believes you.

Paypal does not lock accounts any more except for bad violations of PayPal policy.

Please tell the rest of the story.

HEY, ROOFGUY!

I don't know in which office of PayPal.com you are sitting. But if you don't, than
something happen to your ROOF and you need
attention.
My account still restricted and I still don't know why. I never received any
explanation from PayPal.com, they didn't
reply on my e-mails. Even PayPal Damon was
kindly ask me to contact him last year and I
did and not ones. But Damon never reply to me. Its almost one year my money
frozen. Someone in PayPal made a mistake but for them is mach easier to ignore me,
than fix they mistake and apologize. And now
we have a ROOFGUY and he didn't believe???

Shame on you.
Leo.

But my problem and other people problems still there and not resolved. What about
" pe7 " his problem is reality now, not a
past from last year.
Wake up man! Smell the coffee, because you
can fail of the roof and get injured.

Roofguy,

Have you read any of these threads? Pullease!!!

Those who do not learn from the mistakes of history are doomed to repeat them, or something like that.
