I know that I am a new poster to the boards,
but I have been a lurker for a couple of years and I wanted to add my two cents about paypal.
Someone posted the address to the Federal Trade Commission complaint form in this forum and I went and filled one out with my concerns about paypal's tactics concerning baiting all of us into using their services.
The more complaints the FTC receives the more likely they will investigate.
It is a worthwhile way to vent.

The FTC is slow to act. I've submitted complaints since they offered their 'type and click a complaint' web site with no results. Still in my area they are selling hot-dogs 10 to a pack and hot-dog buns 8 to a pack. The FTC hasn't seen fit to step in and crush this conspiracy either.

I have to disagree with you paintpower...the 2 missing buns are the 1.9%!
