Well the results are in and if you get payment for more than a piece of bubble gum you are a business. No bonus for us that leave a large balance for you guys to invest short term. Sure we will invest your money but screw you about and discount or bonus for and as a matter a fact we are going to charge you for a service we said would always be free while we are at it. I am not a billpoint fan but at least they were straight forward about the charges and they didn't sneak in the backdoor and get ya while you weren't looking. Anyone else wanna take up where I leave off

and one more thing then I might be finished How about if you are going to charge us now you get some people to answer our e-mails and help us with support. I asked the business support a question and as with all e-mail correspondence I get no response for days if at all. And the 2 people you have maning the phones might need a little help also. Well ok that does it for sure this time I am finished now . I think

Hi tomyou,

The customer service center is staffed with over 350 people, but I am not aware of their current service levels. My immediate understanding is that well over 90% of emails are responded to within 24 hours. If you would like your question answered please feel free to shoot me an email.

PPD - Let's say I win a bet on a football game from a friend of mine that lives out of state and that the amount is over $500. He's going to pay me with his credit card through PayPal. Are you saying that I must move up to a Premier or Business account to receive this payment? I can think of hundreds of situations like this that would involve a one time or very occasional payment in this amount. What kind of reasoning is this? It seems that it would have made much more sense to limit the number of transactions one could make on a personal account....but then again, lots of things aren't making much sense lately.

Hi nokternl,

The hope would be that the user would use INSTANT ACH or add funds from their bank account to pay for the bet.

HA! HA! HA! Thanks Paypaldamon! It feels good to laugh for a moment about my horrendous experience with Paypal. Paypaldamon, if you truly believe your statement "My immediate understanding is that well over 90% of emails are responded to within 24 hours." then it's too bad Clinton won't be in office much longer. I am sure you could have gotten a job with him. I have been emailing Paypal for over a week using every email address I could find with absolutely no response even though my business is in jeopardy because of them and I am losing money by the hour. See "PayPal Lawsuit - anyone else having problems?" post in this forum.
