It has been about two weeks since I have been able to view my In and Out boxes in my PayPal account. I have to check the account history each time I need to look in on the status of a transaction. Is anyone else having this problem?

I believe it's been that way for everyone. Personally I don't have a problem with it, instead of filing transactions to the history log they are there automatically.

tokay99.....I asked PayPal about that this week and received an email that the In/Outbox pages were undergoing some changes. No mention when things would be back to normal.

Hi Everyone,
Our engineers are still working through the changes with the inbox and outbox features. I don't have an ETA for them yet, and I'll put up a post when they are back up.
If you click on the "history" tab, and then click on the drop down menu to select a log to view, you are still able to choose "inbox" and "outbox." They no longer appear when you first log in, however.
