I recently sent a payment to the wrong address and had to cancel the payment. My question is: what happens to the canceled payment. I do not see it showing up as a positive on my account balance. Is it credited back to my card? Will it show up in my account at some point?

When a payment is cancelled, your account is automatically credited for the amount of the cancelled transaction. Please send me your email address and I will have a customer care representative look into your account to determine what happened. My email address is [email protected].
