Thanks to those of you who have written me. I, in fact, did try to call these people. I received a recording telling me it would be 32 minutes before a rep. would be with me! Well, sorry, but I have better things to do with my time! ...... I paid $3.00 to send a certified letter to these people, just to get "my" money sent to me. (Which, I suggest you do too.... always put things in writing and always get "proof" that you sent it! ....... My letter asked to have my account closed (as I won't do business with these people again), and to have a "check" sent to me for my money they are holding. MIND YOU.... I NEVER DID ANYTHING WRONG HERE. NO WRONG NUMBERS WERE PUT IN, NO CUSTOMER DEFAULTED. THEY HAVE MY BANK ACCT. NUMBER AND MY STREET ADDRESS. THANK GOD, I NEVER GAVE THESE PEOPLE MY CREDIT CARD ACCT.
