Are you sure? It sure has the same grasp of grammar, spelling and ethics that we have come to expect from Paypal.

They're just saying this to make us think that they're good guys huh? I get it now!
What's the difference? We can't verify our CC's on the Pay Pal real site anyways as the site is having problems.. Hey maybe it's the IRS and they're gonna make their move now..psych!
