I had a customer pay me twice for an item. I notified them but what is the standard procedure for this.
Do I send it back or do they have to retract it?

Contact PayPal immediately and get in touch with a customer service representative who will work with you and not give you the "no refund speel (sp)". Some time ago, I was really irritated with PayPal, but after not giving up, they refunded me the fee after I fully refunded the customer. So my advice to you is, contact a rep before you do this. Also check to see if they CAN retract it and credit the fees.
