For weeks, PayPal has been saying that IF a non-business account hits the $500 limit they can "reject" the payment rather than upgrade. WHERE IS THE FEATURE?

I hit the $500 mark a couple weeks ago. There were 'Accept' and 'Deny' buttons in the Action column of the Inbox. PayPal hasn't had the Inbox working for the past couple of days. You might want to check your History page. The buttons might show up there.
I wish they'd have the buttons for all transactions. In the past week, I've received 2 duplicate payments and a short payment.

OK ... maybe I have not reached that limit yet. Does it tell you if the transaction is CC or not?
And having it for ALL transactions would be one way to handle duplicate transactions, or insufficient funds ones, or the buyer who decides to send you 15 payments of $3.0 each to drive you nuts.

If you click on the status of the transaction you get a page showing the details of the transaction and at the bottom it says whether or not it's from credit card or non-credit card funds.
