First off I think both sides have very good points but I also have thought of something. It might not mean anything but here it is....
Does anyone know approximently how many systems were ordered from gametek (ps2cart.com)?
Why would gametek (ps2cart.com) advertise only a certain amount of systems obtained if they didn't have the systems to back that up? (either they are really smart or they are not lying about shipping ontime).
Guess we'll have to wait till december 15th to say ya or nay to GAMETEK.

You do realize that they REMOVED their website. That is not a good sign that they will send the ps2. Besides, a detective in LA already has info about it.

Face the facts. Its all over. And why would an LA Detective be involved? That is not even their jurisdiction.

I am surprised to hear anyone holds out anymore hope. Guys and Gals, we have been scammed. Unfortunately now we should concentrate on getting our money back from PayPal. So far I have sent two emails and have gotten a computer generated response with no follow up to my question. I have made three phone calls in which the Customer Service rep plays dumb, makes a promise to get someone to call me back and it doesn't happen. ALL of our efforts should now be put towards getting our money back. Please keep the input coming on your efforts with PayPal. It seems to me since they discovered the fraud long before the rest of us, they should be refunding our accounts automatically. Of course, this only happens with real companies, not PayPal.

Well, while I can't really afford the loss of $350, I will resign to it IF paypal doesn't pay me back. However, I will contact my Attorney General as well as the attorney general in the state that paypal resides in. I am sick of this crap. Consumers are being treated horribly. Well, that is my soapbox view.
