We're more likely to hear of the second coming of some religous figure.

Credit card payers can obtain a chargeback, but you wouldn't call that a refund.

I'll be amazed if PayPal voluntarily covers its defrauded customers, and that wouldn't be any kind of refund either.

A refund would come from Gametek, or law enforcement. Fat chance.

Actually, not true. My money is held at paypal still because they locked the account & were unable to draw out my funds.

1. What percentage of victims do you suppose are in that circumstance?

2. Are you concerned that PayPal might combine your money with money which actually was given out, such that it wouldn't be clear that you would get any back?

I agree however scottv, that would qualify as a refund.
