I just went to make a payment from my PayPal account for an auction I won and the whole form is different! When did it change? My address didn't show as usual and there was a box to click saying, chose an address...I went there and it wanted all my credit information again. What gives? BTW, I am verified. This would be the THIRD time I have to give my banking info to show an address!!!!

Hope you double checked the shource of funds for the payment, as any amount over your PP balance will be debited to your verifying bank account, unless you happened to notice that this is what was being done and changed it. I really question whether they can claim that they have "express permission" from those of us who submitted bank info for verification, given that we aren't really ever asked to confirm that choice during the payment transaction. I hope someone takes them to court on it, but my guess is they're banking that no one will.
