E-mail to ExchangePath, self-explanatory:
Hi. I this morning changed my password and help question/answer as requested. The process was successful. One hour later I tried to access my account and get an invalid username/password response. I requested the password but it has not been forwarded yet. I am in the process of e-mailing end-of-auction notices and will not include ExchangePath as a payment option if my account is inaccessible. Please advise immediately.

As a follow-up, ExchangePath has already replied. They have changed my account back to the original password. I am able to access the account.
