I purchased 4 playstion 2's from Gametek, Ps2cart.com on october 28th. I was first skeptical of buying from an unknown company. I paid by credit card, using paypal Since the company was paypal cerified. I have since found out the company is a fraud. www.fountainvalley.org and that they are under investigation by the Fountain Valley PD and USP inspector generals office. I have filed a claim for reimbursement of non receipt of goods, since the transaction took place before Nov 10th 2000. This contained all correspondance via emails and events that occured with the seller and I. Once i sent it to them, I have been told i will be contacted shortly from someone at paypal. I have called my Credit Card Company as well and i have requested a dispute, and a chargeback for the 4 playstation 2s. I would trust my bank over paypal to take action against my claim. I have never paid paypal a dime. Why should they care about me. I actually pay interest to my credit card company.
