I have four "pending" payments in ExchangePath that need to be sent tommorrow or at least Thursday for Xmas, but ExchangePath has not confirmed them. They say up to two days, but I talked to an "executive" who said maybe more. How long will they take to confirm??

Are you kidding? Have you read any of the other threads on this board? Exchangepath has made it quite clear that they will give you your money if and when they feel like it.
