They did send me emails saying that items were pd. for using their miserable service. But I can not get into the account to verify this. Meanwhile, one honest buyer (I already sent all items out) has asked if I ever got the payment.
I don't know if I did! I'm wondering if there is a way for my customers who used exchangepath as payment can cancel their payment?
I'm going to tell them all that payment was not received.
