We've created a new and improved Winning Bidder Notification (WBN) e-mail that should help you close out auctions quicker and easier. When you use the Express WBN, your buyers receive a personalized html e-mail form that lets them select from your shipping and payment options without having to click through a link to bring them back to our site. Once the form is completed, this information is immediately available to you online.

And for people whose email program does NOT read HTML, or for those who have decided to disable HTML coding (to avoid the pop-up porn surprises, web bugs, and other undesireable HTML effects) you send a huge email full of unreadable HTML gibberish. For those whose email is capble of stripping out all HTML encoded messages, you send ZIP, nada, nothing.
