If enough of us file complaints maybe we will see some results. At this point, I don't care if it's the final nail in their coffin. I never got a single mention of fraud, etc., but still they have not paid me over $300 that I withdrew from my account on the 11th. They won't even talk to me and refuse to return my phone calls. A CSR informed me today that they will no longer be handling complaints of money not received and they are just turning it over to PTI (Payment Technoligies Inc. or something to that affect) What good does that do to me, since they won't even give me the phone number? I plan on listing this FTC link everyday until they pay me my money.

Like you I made a withdrawal on the 12th and still have yet to see it in my checking account. If the money ever shows up this will be the last transaction I conduct with them.

Wow, it's in there this morning. 10 days later!! Did you get yours yet?
I think I'll start accepting money orders and personal checks again. I thought accepting them were slow.

Yes, mine was there this morning after 9 days. Not exactly the 3 to 5 they promise. Add the 2 to 3 delay before they even show the charge and on the average you're taking 12 days to get your money.
This is the second time this has happened to me too. I think they are delaying the sending to get a longer float. With all the problems I read about on this board I think it's time to remove EP from my templates. Next time we might not be so lucky. Now that we have our money out, we'd be foolish to allow someone else to put more in there.

Take your complaints to your STATE'S ATTORNEY GENERAL! They are empowered to file suits on behalf oc consumers and can do so much more quickly than the FTC.
