I've been reading your responses gomarek in other threads and you have stated at least a couple of times;
"BidPay accepts orders from ANY buyer, ANYWHERE in the world and sends those payments to ANY seller ANYWHERE in the world."
I've contacted customer service a couple of times with my question and never did get a straight answer. I really don't think they understand the question in the first place. My question is:
The eBay seller is located in Perth, Australia. The sale is made to a buyer in London, England. Can the buyer in London use BidPay to send money to the seller in Perth?

From the BidPay FAQs:
Q. Can buyers use BidPay to send payments to me if I am a seller based outside of North America?
A. While it is true that the vast majority of our sellers are located in the USA and Canada, we do now mail payments internationally to major markets with "good postal systems" such as Germany, France, Spain, Italy, UK, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, Australia Taiwan, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Japan and Holland. We DO NOT mail payments to remote locations or countries with bad postal systems and this includes all of the Caribbean and Central South America as well as most African and Middle Eastern Markets.
You MUST REGISTER with us here and reply to the email you will get in order to activate your account prior to getting any money orders.
You need to make sure that you can accept a Western Union US$ international money order and that you will be able to cash it. Western Union money orders can be cashed globally, but some sellers might have problems with payment delays or excessive currency conversion rates and you should check with your local bankers to ensure that you will not meet with these problems.
Once you have done both of these things then you can indeed accept and promote BidPay.com in your auction listings on eBAY. Amazon, Yahoo, MSN and the other major auction sites
---END OF FAQ---
Now, admittedly, that only addresses the Australia side of the transaction, but I suspect that's the end where any problem would occur. Accepting money from England is routine for BidPay; it's sending it to Austalia that could get hairy (particularly for the seller, who has to deal with the U.S. dolar MO once it arrives).

Austria to Guam, Argentina to Alaska, Rome to Sweden, China to Russia and every other combination you can think of.
Russia? And did they move Argentina from South America?
BidPay FAQs We WILL NOT mail payments to sellers in remote locations or countries with poor postal systems and this includes all of the Caribbean, Central and South America, Africa or the Middle East.

Hi All !
Our Q&A was lagging... we've been sending international payments for well over a year and half and just kept expanding out the country list until we included everybody.
But we didn't update the Q&A.
Thanks for pointing it out and keeping us on our toes. Now reads:
Q. Does BidPay handle transactions outside of the United States?
A. Yes, BidPay accepts payments from international customers with transactions that settle in U.S. currency and delivers money orders to sellers that are based in the United States and Canada - without any requirement that the seller be registered with BidPay.
Please note: BidPay does handle ALL INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTIONS and can send a payment ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD - but YOU MUST CHECK WITH THE SELLER BEFORE SENDING ANY INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT. The seller MUST register with us here and the seller must agree to accept a Western Union US$ International Money Order.
