I'm a new propay user and have only done one transaction so far for an auction.
A couple questions:
WHERE on the site can I go to change my account information, (ie: address and phone number?)
Also, is propay ever going to accept Amex? I have looked all over the site and it's really not clear WHAT credit cards they DO accept??
Also, I am starting another business (non auction related) and hope to use propay to take CC info from clients over the phone. (I do astrology and tarot readings.) How do I avoid potential chargebacks when I cannot prove that "merchandise" was sent? I plan to be making the phone calls to my clients for readings, and verifying appts. via email, but wonder if the phone bill/email is enough verification that services were rendered if there is a dispute?? Most of my clients I already know, so I doubt this will be a problem, but am just looking to cover my rear end. Any suggestions from seasoned veterans out there?
