Just a quick update, the first MO, that was not showing up in my BidPay seller account, just arrived today.
Still not sure why it was never entered into my BidPay account? The high bidder could have had their item by now.
BidPay does not use AuctionWatch as a customer service forum. As mentioned to you many times in the past and posted on several boards.
If the buyer enters the sellers email address incorrectly then this would indeed cause you not to get the ocnfirmation email, however as a registered user our failsafes still ensure that the payment is delivered properly.
In most cases either the buyer or seller will contact us *using our email services posted on the website* and point out the mistake with the email address and we quickly correct those and reconfirm the order for both buyer and seller.
