I've posted in Ebay Outlook in reddeer's post.
I have a UK bidder , but no e-mail confirmation of his payment. His first didn't get through either. This time , he sent me the reference number and tracking number , and confirmed my correct address.
Trouble is , I've forgotten my password and I can't get in to check this information with my account. Bidpay says they've e-mailed me my password ,after I clicked the icon and entered my e-mail addy , but I've checked my e-mail for 4 hrs. , and been back to the site and requested my password AGAIN , and AGAIN they say they've e-mailed it to me. It's still not here!!
(I deleted the file where I'd stored the password after a virus scare last week , and just don't remember it !)
My bidder is anxious and awaiting his item, I've been awaiting payment for nearly 3 weeks ..what on earth can i do next? Help please...

Thank you Marek. I am awaiting reply from Bidpay. I also tried again to have them e-mail me my password , as before, and received the message that my e-mail address was not found !
My auctions are still receiving the logos. I have received about 6 payments from International bidders , and have always received e-mail notification from BP. This is the only e-mail address I've ever had / used.
I did remove all my cookies and addresses after a HAHA virus alert , including Bidpay's. Would this have anything to do with you not finding my addy now? I've since insatalled an anti-virus program.
Should I re-register?
