When auction watch was a free service I could live with a 24 to 72 hour wait for a reply from customer servce. Now that I am spending 50 to 60 dollars a month with them I expect better customer service. I rely on AW to help me with my business not just for entertainment. If I have a problem and I have to email back and forth a couple of times with a 24 to 72 hour wait between emails I have wasted a week and several hundred dollars. This is NOT customer service by any stretch of the imagination.
