could you please tell me what is wrong with one item that is stuck in pending. it showed an error and when i edited it, there was nothing wrong. so i saved it. now it is not scheduled for launch and won't let me resubmit.

Hi Mysal,
I see the item in pending, but there are no errors on it. Please try to resubmit the auction, if it errors out, save it in pending with the error and let me know so that I can take a look at it.

when i tried to re-submit, it gives me the four possible reasons that it can't be re-submitted -- previous error, content, etc. it said in the initial error that there was something wrong in the content, but i couldn't find anything. what now?

Hello Mysal,
Click on the item title of your auction in pending then click on the "Copy" button located on the upper right hand corner of the form. From here, launch the copied auction. Let us know if this works. If the copied auction launches, go ahead and delete the original auction in your pending list.

Hi Mysal,
I was able to select the top one in pending, hit Resubmit, and didn't get an error message. What I did was go through to the customize template page to view the new templates, and then when back to Auction Manager and it seemed to work. Try launching the top copy and let me know if that works.
