I deleted a listing while moving it from UNFILED to AUCTIONS. How can I retrieve it now?
Perhaps there's an easier way to do this, but after I upload a new auction from AW Pro, then go to INVENTORY, the auction is in UNFILED, and I must manually move it to AUCTIONS (is that the way everyone does it?). Well, I hit Delete instead of Move, and now it's gone. What Now? Sure would be easier if I knew how to make it default to AUCTIONS instead of always having to find it in UNFILED, then add back in my inventory number & price & category & customer file.

Hi Joette,
If the auction is active, you can get it to your inventory by clicking on Copy in the Action column. A copy of that auction will appear in your Pending Auctions section. Open up that copy and check the "Save to Inventory" box at the bottom, then save your changes. The auction will then appear in your Inventory and you can delete the copy in pending auctions.
Unfortunately all the auctions you upload will default to "unfiled" so you will have to manually move them to different folders. However, you can select them all and move them to your Auctions folder so you don't have to do them one at a time.
