Hi,
I tried to get help from customer services but the 24 hour wait is driving me nuts. I have downloaded a second version of Auction Manager Pro into a folder in My Documents but can not install it. I was told to uninstall it and be sure to use the windows add/remove programs option in control panel. My problem is that neither of my AMP programs show as an option in the add/remove programs. I don't understand how a program can be uninstalled, that has never been completely installed, could be removed with this option anyway. It might have been helpful if someone could have told me why it wouldn't install in the first place. What I got when I tried to install it was the message "An error occured during the move data process:-132". Please give me some info...I have been tring to do this for 3 days now. Thanks

Hi Atomickatz,
It looks like you may have a corrupted download. Please download AMPro again, only this time make sure that you have everything in the background turned off. When you install it, make sure nothing else is running. If this does not help to solve the problem, please let me know.
